2. Green Bay Packers

Week 2 started great for the Green Bay Packers, as they worked up to a 12-point lead halfway through the third quarter. But, the Falcons made a late surge behind three-straight scoring drives led by second-year quarterback Desmond Ridder.

Atlanta's defense also forced two Green Bay punts in a row, followed by turning them over on downs on their final possession. The Falcons closed out the game as a winning team would, sending the Packers to a record of 1-1 to begin the year.

Did the Packers blow it? Did the Falcons simply play a whole lot better? The reality is, Atlanta is the 2-0 team, here, while the Packers beat a bad Bears team in Week 1 to earn their lone victory. The positive for Green Bay is that Jordan Love did look pretty good for the second week in a row, tossing three touchdown passes and playing turnover-free football.

Another positive for Green Bay is that they didn't turn it over as a team. They simply couldn't close it out late. Next week, the Packers take on Derek Carr and the Saints.
