DRAFT BEEF.

We have draft beef. And it may not actually be draft beef. BUT: it might be.

At some point on Saturday, ESPN's cameras cut to a picture of the Lions' draft room. Oddly enough, everyone in the Lions' room was wearing the exact same jersey. It could certainly be a coincidence, but that's also something that a Dan Campbell-led team would do extremely on purpose, so it probably wasn't an accident. Here's where things maybe get juicy:

Any time you can rub the fact that you matched a contract offer by wearing coordinating outfits in hopes that ESPN cameras pick it up and the diss goes viral in the middle of a weekend afternoon on the least-watched day of a 3-day event, you just have to do it. "WOW" is right!

There just happens to be one slight problem, which is that the Lions #89 jersey is Dan Campbell's jersey. According to Albert Breer, Campbell's the one who advocated for those black jerseys to be part of their new uniform set, so that's why they're wearing them. Unfortunately, Breer is a bit more trusthworthy when it comes to pointless NFL knowledge than @49ersSportsTalk, so we're going to assume this is not actually DRAFT BEEF.

But if you want to continue living your life thinking that this is DRAFT BEEF and that the Lions handed the 49ers and EPIC BURN, who are we to stop you. Everyone does what they have to do in order to survive the final day of the draft. DRAFT BEEF.
