*There has been a trade: The Baltimore Ravens trade the #22 overall pick and #191 overall pick to the Los Angeles Chargers for the #28 overall pick and the #91 overall pick*

With the 22nd overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, the Los Angeles Chargers select…

Scouting Report. Offensive Tackle. Andre Dillard. 13. Pick Analysis. Washington State. 22. player

The Chargers aggressively move up here to solve their biggest need by taking Dillard 22nd overall. The Chargers traded up for him knowing their was slim to no chance he got past the Houston Texans with the next pick. So, the Chargers decide to package together some picks to move up and grab their guy.

Dillard was not well known right away, but once his name got around and people checked him out he quickly flew up draft boards. Dillard has great traits and a solid pass set in protection, but will need good coaching to bring out his full potential. The Chargers could be the ones to do that as they often have a better then average offensive line.
