Allen to the Raiders?

. Josh Allen, LB - Kentucky. 4. player. 28. . OAKLAND RAIDERS (4-12)

This just sort of seems like a bit of a do-over for Oakland-Las Vegas after trading away Khalil Mack. This will break the heart of many Detroit Lions fans but it makes a lot of sense for the Raiders to go defense and take what many people think is the most complete pass rusher in the draft. Allen is a great athlete and seems to be mature on top of having great measurable skills.

At 6-5and 259 pounds, Allen is a sack machine and can cover pretty well, too. He runs a 4.63- second sprint and has very good agility for his size. His blend of athleticism could probably have him play about four different positions depending upon what he wants to do but it will mean versatility to leave him on the field for all of the defensive snaps.

It seems like it would be silly for the Raiders to trade out of this spot but if the price is right, new general manager Mike Mayock would be silly to not listen. They have many holes to fill and their fanbase won’t tolerate losing for long.
