Pick: DeAndre Baker, CB, Georgia (5-11, 185. 4.47)

With pick number 41, the Lions have to go after help for the secondary. They badly need a starter opposite Pro Bowl corner Darius Slay. Other than finding an edge player, it is the biggest need on the team. Baker is fast, experienced and used to playing against another team’s best player; a definite upgrade over any guy on the roster.

After Slay, the speed of the other current options (save slot corner Jamal Agnew) leaves a lot to be desired. We could see Quinn drafting more than one player in the secondary throughout the draft to improve the speed in the back end.
