Final thoughts

The Detroit Lions are definitely in need of some big plays as the entire team has taken a step back in the turnover differential aspect of team statistics.

Detroit turned the ball over five times during the loss to New Orleans, alone.

They’ve had injuries on defense, too. See Haloti Ngata.

The Lions have to find some ways to generate more pass rush, and get back to taking the ball away from opposing offenses, if they want to help the offense and the win-loss column.

The offense has to sustain more drives, which starts up front, with the big uglies.

Can they get it done versus the Steelers?

Hopefully, one or both of Tate and Golladay are suited up for the battle with Pittsburgh this Sunday.

We need help.
