Chris Long

Same city, same story as the last guy. Ok maybe a little different. Long’s dismissal from the Rams was a long time coming. After what was a pretty stellar first six years in the league, Long went down with injuries. That has limited Long to just 18 games in the last two years. He only started eleven of them.

Of course the other issue is that he turns 31 next month. With age and nagging injuries holding him back, it’s a wonder if Long will find a place on any team let alone the Lions. If this were two years ago, I would say the Lions better make sure they snag him. unfortunately it’s not.
