Detroit Lions Free Agency: Just Say No 2
By Mike Payton
Antonio Cromartie
Now I won’t hide. At first glance my feelings were that the lions should jump on Cromartie. I’ll also say that I won’t cry if it happens. But I suppose that doesn’t mean that it should. I must credit our pals over at Pride of Detroit for setting me straight.
That’s quite a fall for a corner who was a Pro Bowler in 2014. According to the stats, Cromartie had the worst season of his ten-year career. Which is why the Jets decided to part ways with him after only one year. I still say I wouldn’t hate it, but I also agree that it probably shouldn’t happen.
