Second Round: Cody Whitehair, guard, Kansas State
Whitehair is a left tackle for the Wildcats and I do think he can stick at tackle in the NFL. But I’ll acquiesce to the popular take that the senior projects better inside at guard.

It’s worth noting he will be 24 as a rookie and, like Ronnie Stanley, he can struggle with powerful bull rushes. That’s part of why I think he might stick at tackle instead of facing more powerful guys inside. In Detroit, I would start him at right tackle and have someone else try to beat him out.
