Lions Punt Returners vs. the Ball

In the last matchup with Minnesota, the Lions’ second half drive summary results were as follows:

Fumble, Punt, Fumble, Punt, Interception, Touchdown

If you want to know why the Lions lost that game, there’s your answer. Last week, the Lions’ TJ Jones and Corey Fuller muffed the first two punts of the game which resulted in 10 free points for the Bears. Golden Tate took over return duties for the rest of the game.

The Lions’ offense has done a good enough job turning the ball over on their own. They don’t need help from the special teams units.
