Don’t get me wrong, I dislike Jay Cutler, most do. But the idea that Cutler is one of the worst quarterbacks in the NFL, is one that blows my mind.

Despite the perceived bad attitude, poor decision-making, interceptions, and benching he received last season, Cutler actually had the his best statistical season since arriving in Chicago. Quarterbacks getting all the blame is a normal occurrence, but in my opinion, Cutler should only be carrying a corner of the blame couch, and he shouldn’t be the guy on the side that’s going down the stairs.

I think Cutler is due for a bounce back year. He certainly has the weapons to do so in Alshon Jeffrey, Kevin White and Matt Forte. Unfortunately for him, everything else around him could use an upgrade.

Excuse me while I go take a shower to wash of the dirt of defending Jay Cutler.
