2014 Stats: 3,270 Yards, 21 Touchdowns, 12 Interceptions. Quarterback. Fresno State. Derek Carr. 9. player. 28

If you’re wondering, Derek Carr is my pick for NFL break out quarterback of the year in 2015. While most will focus Teddy Bridgewater or Jameis Winston, the focus really should be on this kid.

Now I’m not saying the Raiders will be world beaters, I’m not even saying they’ll have a winning record. But they will spoil some seasons in 2015. Carr will be helped dramatically by the arrivals of Michael Crabtree and Amari Cooper. If Trent Richardson can become half a competent running back, the Raiders may have something here.

Don’t be surprised if the Lions have trouble putting the Raiders own in 2015.

Next: Teddy Bridgewater
