Continue to buy into the system

The main reason the Detroit Lions had such a turnaround from the Jim Schwartz era is because of the man in the picture above.

Jim Caldwell came in last season and changed the culture of the entire organization. The Lions went from a talented team that folds under pressure to a talented team that believes in itself. Something like that can be all a team needs to become successful. The Lions must not lose this culture if they hope to return to the playoffs. The Lions must continue to respect each other and work together in the system that Caldwell implemented. If they cannot, they will likely fold again.

The Lions 2015 season has a lot to be excited about. New players added and old problems lost. Now it’s time to put in the work to make sure the franchise continues to ascend, rather than falter late in the season and miss the playoffs again.
