Amari Cooper coming in as the No. 1 rookie to watch may or may not surprise you. Cooper was the No. 4 overall pick in the NFL Draft on April 30, and is considered by many to be one of the most polished receivers we’ve seen in a long while.

He does join a team that has spent the past decade plus drowning in mediocrity in the Oakland Raiders, but will be second-year quarterback, Derrick Carr’s No. 1 option next season. If the two can grow together, Cooper could prove to be the most impactful rookie of the 2015 draft class.
