5. T.J. Clemmings, OT, Pittsburgh
For a while, the buzz was that Clemmings would be a sure-fire top ten pick. That’s begun to cool a bit, and it could cool even more if the former Pitt Panther has a tough combine to go with his tough Senior Bowl. Considering the re-shuffling of Detroit’s line in recent months, if Clemmings slips in the draft, Detroit might have to consider taking another tackle to help re-shuffle things further. Depending on what happens, his potential might be too good to pass up at some point.
Drills to watch: Kickslide, bench press, 3 cone drill.
