Special Teams

Baltimore kicker Justin Tucker has made 27 straight field goals. That’s pretty good, especially for a team that plays it’s home games outdoors. Punter Sam Koch has been consistent as of late after some early season issues. Jacoby Jones is always a threat to run one back. You may remember a few weeks ago when Jones broke one loose, only to be interfered with by a certain Pittsburgh Steelers head coach.

Jeremy Ross took both a kick and punt return to the house last week and gives Detroit a threat in the return game. Sam Martin may be one of the teams most underrated weapons both as a kickoff specialist and a punter. David Akers has struggled with consistency this season and had an extra point blocked last week in Philly.

Advantage – Baltimore
