Going back to1966, which comprises the Super Bowl era, here are my the top 30 NFL Draft selections in Detroit Lions history.

The Detroit Lions have not experienced much success over the years.
One playoff win in the Super Bowl era is far and away the worst of any franchise.
And a lot of the perennial quagmire stems from poor drafting.
Still, there have been quite a few bright spots peppered throughout the years.
There are some obvious choices at the top of the list.
But also some sneaky-good draft picks who have proven more than worth their draft slot.
