With the 24th overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, the Oakland Raiders select…

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Alabama. 24. Running Back. Josh Jacobs. player. 28

If the Raiders want to grab Jacobs in this draft, they’re going to have to be willing to pull the trigger here. If they don’t, the Eagles could very well take him before the Raiders next pick.Jacobs is a powerful downhill runner who fits the Raiders offense and can be a three down back for them. They need a proven runner and Jacobs can bring them a dynamic presence in the backfield.

Even after signing Isaiah Crowell in the offseason, the Raiders can still use someone as good as Jacobs. Jacobs will step in right away and become the starter for a Raiders offense that could use a boost. After getting a rookie quarterback earlier in the draft, they get a running back to pair with him for the next decade.
