The Lions return home for their final home game of the season to face what may be one of the worst teams in the NFL. The Lions defense should look to have a big game against the leagues 32nd ranked offense and back up quarterback Blaine Gabbert. How bad is this offense? They currently average 13.9 points per game.
On the flip side, the 49ers 28th ranked defense allows 25.2 points per game and are missing players at almost every key position. The Lions should be able to pick up a big win at home to send Lions fans home happy. This could very well be the highest scoring game for a Lions team that hasn’t scored more than 19 points since week one.
