Poll: Detroit Lions Playoff Viewing Plans

A Detroit Lions playoff appearance is anything but routine. As such, there likely isn’t a viewing habit you’ll immediately fall into based on previous years of experience.

I’ll admit that the first thought to cross my mind was that I wanted to watch the game all by myself. Trust me, it would be better that way if things go poorly. Eventually I shed my hermit attitude and realized the game would be best spent with a small gathering of friends. What will you do?

There is a Lot to Like About the Detroit Lions Through Four Games

The first quarter of the Lions 2011 season is over and there has been a lot to like about the way it went. The Lions are one of just two NFL teams without a loss on the year and they’ve had to do it with a schedule that put them on the road three times in four weeks.

Matthew Stafford has emerged as a quarterback just about ready to enter the discussion of the league’s elite. Stafford’s development has certainly been aided by having a freakish weapon like Calvin Johnson who is catching touchdown passes at a historic rate.

Now I ask you, what do you like most about the Lions through four games? It might be hard to choose one thing but there really isn’t a wrong answer here.

The Detroit Lions have put together amazing comebacks in back-to-back weeks. While the mental toughness necessary to achieve such a feat is impressive, the necessity of each comeback is somewhat troubling. Time for a SideLion Report reader poll!
