You’ve likely read a lot of articles recently that referred to a conference call that NFL Network draft analyst Mike Mayock held on Wednesday, February 15. While those articles contained bits and pieces of what was said, there is a lot of information that didn’t make it out to the masses.

Good news, the full transcript is now online. The Detroit Lions were the focus of three different questions. One was about the team in general, one about the offensive tackles that could be available for them in the first round and one about Michigan Wolverine Mike Martin and the likelihood of the Lions drafting another defensive tackle.

Besides Martin, other college players of local interest discussed were Michigan State’s Kirk Cousins and Jerel Worthy, Michigan’s David Molk and Western Michigan’s Jordan White.

Read the transcript here.

NFL Network’s Total Access recently discussed the Lions and whether or not they are for real. Warren Sapp wants to wait for the regular season to make that determination but Marshall Faulk admits the Lions can take something away from that game.
