Draft day is finally here and it feels like we know less today than we did a week ago. In an attempt to cut through the smoke, I have compiled a look at 222 mock drafts published between 4/21/13 and 4/25/13 to get a read on where popular opinion has the Lions looking with their first round pick.

There isn’t much separation between the three most popular picks but a clear favorite has emerged:

The picture changes a bit when you consider positions instead of names:

There you have it. Going on names, Ezekiel Ansah is the most popular pick. Based on position, offensive tackle is the most likely. Which way do you think it will go?
