<p>Jim Schwartz is a popular figure around Detroit and this sort of thing should only draw fans closer to him. The dude absolutely wants to win and isn&#8217;t content with just taking the steps in the process. The Lions organization has rightfully earned an apathetic reputation over the years but that doesn&#8217;t appear to have survived the post-Millen regime changes, especially as it concerns the head coach.</p>
