Detroit Lions vs. Cleveland Browns: Game Time, TV Schedule, Live Stream

Football is back in Detroit! The Detroit Lions get the preseason started against the Cleveland Browns and while preseason games tend to lack excitement, this one has some buzz to it.

The Detroit Lions will debut new head coach Jim Caldwell, offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi and defensive coordinator Teryl Austin. On the field, Golden Tate will be the biggest new addition on offense – especially if Eric Ebron doesn’t play after missing a couple days of practice. On the other side of the ball all eyes will be on Kyle Van Noy at linebacker as well as on the development of second-year corner Darius Slay.

The Browns have a new head coach of their own but tonight’s game will be all about Johnny Manziel’s NFL debut. With all the Johnny mania, it’s been easy to forget that he wasn’t their first pick of the 2014 draft. That distinction goes to cornerback Justin Gilbert – a player many Lions fans hoped would be playing at Ford Field in Honolulu blue and silver.

Here are all the details for tonight’s game.
