Your Vote Determines Final Linebacker on All-NFC North Team

The final linebacker spot on the FanSided NFL All-NFC North team has come down to a reader vote. After the deciding on spots for Clay Matthews and Stephen Tulloch, the editors of the NFC North sites of FanSided NFL were split between DeAndre Levy and Lance Briggs.

Levy, entering his fifth year in the NFL, enjoyed a breakout season for the Lions last year. He was the NFC North’s top outside linebacker (ninth overall) according to Pro Football Focus and was particularly impressive in coverage. Levy’s six interceptions tied him for second-most in the NFL, behind only Richard Sherman’s eight.

Briggs played in only nine games last year and is on the downside of his career but still finished with an overall positive rating from PFF. While Levy has just one big season to his credit, Briggs has earned the reputation as a steady presence at linebacker.

The poll below will close in 24 hours with the player with the most votes at that time earning the spot on our All-NFC North defense.
