Herman Moore to Announce Detroit Lions' Second Round Pick

The NFL is once again bringing back some former stars to help announce draft picks of their former teams. Last year, Roger Goodell withdrew from the podium to allow Barry Sanders to announce the Lions’ selection of defensive end Ziggy Ansah…and to do a little promoting of the new Madden video game baring his image on the cover.

This year it will be another former offensive star announcing a Lions pick – wide receiver Herman Moore. Calvin Johnson broke Moore‘s records for receiving yards and touchdowns in a Lions career during the 2013 season and enters 2014 98 receptions behind Moore’s mark of 670.

In addition to Herman Moore for the Lions, the following players have been selected to announce their former team’s second round pick.

Atlanta Falcons, Claude Humphrey (DE)
