With Week 15′s Sunday games in the books, the playoff picture in the NFC is getting clearer with only two weeks (and one game) left to play.

There are still a bunch of teams in play for playoff spots, but only six will make it in some order. That’s hard to keep track of, so here’s a handy team-by-team guide of every potential NFC playoff team, and what they need from here on to secure a playoff berth.

We’ll start with the team that’s already made it in one way or another: the Seattle Seahawks.
