MVP – Calvin Johnson (24 points)

Calvin Johnson leads the Lions in targets, receptions, receiving yards, and touchdowns. When he’s in the game, defenses have the change the way they play Detroit. When they don’t (see Dallas), Johnson ends up dominating the game. When he’s not in the game, you get performances like the one we saw in Green Bay. Detroit without Calvin Johnson looks like most other teams do without their starting quarterback. Yeah, he’s that valuable in Detroit.

Honorable Mention – Matthew Stafford (20 points)

Others receiving votes – Ndamukong Suh (6 points), Reggie Bush (3 points), Louis Delmas (1 point)
