The Detroit Lions have released their inactive list for today’s game against the Bengals, and RB Joique Bell is not on it.
#Lions inactives: Nate Burleson, Kellen Moore, Jason Fox, Tony Scheffler, Leroy Harris, Theo Riddick and Jonte Green

It seems Bell is going to play through his rib injury, but he’s clearly still bothered by it. With Theo Riddick (concussion) also inactive, the door is open for Mikel Leshoure to earn a few more carries this week, and maybe even reclaim a role on the team.
Most of the other inactives are no big surprise. The oft-injured Jason Fox is back on the inactives list, which means the Lions will rely on Corey Hilliard to help stop Cincinnati’s ferocious front seven.
Finally, expect Joseph Fauria to get a few more looks in the red zone (and perhaps elsewhere), since Tony Scheffler is still out. If Fauria keeps playing like he is, he may not have a role to return to when he gets healthy.
Also, here’s the other side of things, in case you were wondering.
Not much of note there. It looks like both teams will have most of their best players ready to go this week.
