The Detroit Lions have released their list of gameday inactives for today’s week 3 matchup with the Washington Redskins. The headliner is that running back Reggie Bush will not play after suffering a knee injury last week against the Arizona Cardinals. Bush returned to practice on Friday and was listed as questionable.
With Bush out, Joique Bell will get the start and Mikel Leshoure is active after being inactive in weeks one and two. Theo Riddick is also expected to see more action on offense with Bush ruled out.
On the positive side, wide receiver Ryan Broyles will make his season debut, although it comes at the cost of Patrick Edwards who is inactive with an ankle injury.
Zac Snyder got hooked on the Lions after his dad took him to a Monday Night Football game against the Los Angeles Raiders in 1990. The show put on by Barry Sanders and Bo Jackson that night was only surpassed by what Zac could do with Barry in a game of Tecmo Super Bowl.
