Detroit Lions Won't Have to Worry About Desert Heat Against Cardinals

Have you seen the weather forecast for Glendale, Arizona today? Here’s the short version: hot.

The temperatures were in the mid-90s as early games got underway around the league. It will be even warmer by the time the Detroit Lions and Arizona Cardinals kickoff with temperatures reaching triple digits, topping out at an expected 103 degrees.

Fortunately, the heat won’t have an impact on the game. The game’s “weather” conditions will be regulated as a result of the stadium’s roof being closed.
