The Detroit Lions have only sold tickets for the 2013 season in full season ticket packages so far but that will soon change.
Detroit Lions team president Tom Lewand announced yesterday that fans will be able to buy single game tickets beginning July 31.
The Lions’ home schedule gets started with the first preseason game on August 9 against the New York Jets. Regular season highlights include the season opener against the Minnesota Vikings on September 8, the Dallas Cowboys on October 27, the Green Bay Packers on Thanksgiving Day and the defending Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens for Monday Night Football on December 16.
As a reminder to all fans that will attend a game this season, the league has a new bag policy that limits what can be brought into NFL stadiums. Only clear bags no bigger than 12″x12″x6″ will be permitted. Fans can bring their own bag that complies with this requirement or buy a team-themed bag at the stadium. The Lions will be sending season ticket holders a free bag, look for that soon.
