Titus Young Doesn't Seem Interested in Detroit Lions' Plan

The Titus Young drama continues.

Despite a series of incidents, the Detroit Lions have seemed willing to work with Titus Young to facilitate his return to the team. At the very least, they have done all they can to preserve whatever trade value he had left to avoid having to get rid of him for nothing in return.

Despite the team’s efforts, Titus Young has once again shown that he’s not interested in the Lions’ plan, instead choosing to follow his plan – the same plan that led to his banishment.

Per league rules, rosters are frozen until after the Super Bowl for teams that are no longer competing. While an official roster move involving Young can’t be made for about a week and a half, it would seem within the league rules for the Lions to announce that they will do so. The Pittsburgh Steelers have already done as much with Chris Rainey.
