Detroit Lions were awarded cornerback Patrick Lee off waivers from the Oakland Raiders.

Oakland signed Lee on Mar. 21, but cut him Nov. 10.

Lee is 28-years-old, played college football at Auburn and was selected in the second round of the 2008 NFL draft by the Green Bay Packers. According to NFL.com, he has recorded 47 tackles, five passes defensed and one interception in his career.

Detroit will not waive a player on the current roster until Lee passes his physical.
