Detroit Lions Release Final Week 10 Injury Report

The Detroit Lions have finished with their preparations for the Minnesota Vikings today and released their final injury report of the week this afternoon.

It’s bad news for the team’s starting safeties. Louis Delmas and Amari Spievey have been ruled out against the Vikings. Erik Coleman had a strong performance against the Jaguars a week ago and will need to step up again this week. The same goes for Ricardo Silva.

Outside of the two players ruled out, the out look is much better with no players receiving the “doubtful” designation. Cliff Avril (back), Corey Hilliard (knee), Calvin Johnson (knee), Corey Williams (knee) and Titus Young (knee) are listed as questionable.

Erik Coleman (toe), Chris Houston (illness), Mikel Leshoure (ankle), DeAndre Levy (hamstring) and Stephen Tulloch knee are all expected to play after being listed as probable.

The NFL defines each status designation as follows:
Out = Player will not play
Doubtful = 25% chance a player will play
Questionable = 50% chance a player will play
Probable = 75% chance a player will play
