Lions-Eagles Draws FOX's Number Two Broadcast Team

For the first time this year, the Detroit Lions have drawn one of FOX Sports’ top-two broadcast teams. FOX’s number two team of Kenny Albert, Daryl Johnston and Tony Siragusa will be in Philadelphia on Sunday to call the game between the Lions and Eagles.

With so many high-profile matchups between these two teams, Siragusa’s positioning at field level could make his insights particularly beneficial. At the very least, it offers Lions fans a chance to get a different perspective since the team has routinely drawn Thom Brennaman and Brian Billick over the last two years.

Lions-Eagles will be available on over the air television throughout NFC North country and the upper Midwest as well as Pennsylvania not including the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. Check out the full listings in your area at the506.com.

FOX is billing the late afternoon meeting between the New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers as “America’s Game of the Week” but the top pair of Joe Buck and Troy Aikman will be temporarily split apart as Buck calls the National League Championship Series. Thom Brennaman has been elevated into Buck’s football seat next to Aikman while Sam Rosen joins Brennaman’s normal game day partner, Brian Billick, to cover Dallas at Baltimore.
