Former Lions defensive end finds a home in Oakland

by 2012 Season

The Oakland Raiders signed two-time former Detroit Lions defensive end Korey Bosworth Thursday.

The Lions cut Bosworth Aug. 11 to make room for free agent defensive back Reshard Langford. It was Bosworth’s second stint with the team in as many years.

He had previously spent to time with the Lions as a linebacker, but this year he was converted to a defensive end.

He is the nephew of legendary Brian Bosworth.
