Detroit Lions Sell Out Preseason Opener

How high is anticipation for the Lions in 2012? Try preseason sell out high.

That means fans in the blackout area will be able to watch the Lions play a live preseason game on television in who knows how long. It will be interesting to see what the overall mood of the crowd is. The Ford Field crowd gained recognition last year for making a lot of noise but there is a big difference between Monday Night Football and a preseason game. The atmosphere may be much more laid back as fans observe more than they “participate”.
