The Detroit Lions have made a minor roster move today:
The Lions have released CB Dontrell Johnson and signed CB Ross Weaver. Weaver was with the team on the practice squad last year.

Not only was Weaver with the Lions as a member of the practice squad last year, he had been with the team as recently as four days ago. Weaver was released to make room for cornerback Drew Coleman.
Dontrell Johnson had been with the Lions since signing on June 22.
Zac Snyder got hooked on the Lions after his dad took him to a Monday Night Football game against the Los Angeles Raiders in 1990. The show put on by Barry Sanders and Bo Jackson that night was only surpassed by what Zac could do with Barry in a game of Tecmo Super Bowl.
