Detroit Lions’ Picks in 2012 NFL Draft Are Set

The NFL handed out compensatory selections yesterday to teams that suffered net losses from last year’s free agency period.

The Lions did not receive any additional picks but we know exactly where each pick will be in the overall order now that the addition picks in rounds three through seven have been assigned.

Round 1: 23rd (23 overall)
Round 2: 22nd (54 overall)
Round 3: 23rd (85 overall)
Round 4: 22nd (117 overall)
Round 5: 23rd (158 overall)
Round 6: No pick (forfeited due to tampering charges)
Round 7: 12th (219 overall) (from Seattle for Tyler Polumbus)
Round 7: 23rd (230 overall)
