You won’t be able to get a ticket to Super Bowl XLVI for under $1,000 but that doesn’t mean you can’t watch the game from Indy
One creative Indianapolis resident is selling two “tickets” to watch the game from his apartment for $1,600. Unlike tickets to see the game in person, these tickets include pizza and beer.
From the craigslist post:
I’m selling two tickets to watch Super Bowl XLVI at my house on my brand new hi-definition Samsung 55″ 3D TV.
I’m not much of a football fan so I don’t plan on watching the game myself however, since I’d hate to see such a great 3D television experience go to waste, I thought I’d give someone else the opportunity to enjoy it.
You’ll pretty much have the living room all to yourself as I’ll be in my office the whole time working on my taxes. Though I might pop my head in every now and then if I hear a commercial that sounds cool or if you guys say something really funny or interesting. But I can stay in my office the whole time if that would make you more comfortable.
The package also includes a two large one-topping pizzas from Papa John’s and 12-pack of either Shock Top or Bud American Ale. I would buy you more beer but since you’ll be driving home after the game I don’t want to be responsible for getting you too drunk.
Speaking of driving, my apartment complex only gives me one parking space, so you can either try and park in the visitor parking or you can park in my neighbor Tom’s space. He’s going to see the Super Bowl live at the dome so his space will be open all night.
I’ve got a really comfortable couch and recliner. And two pairs of 3D viewing glasses.
Pretty much guaranteed to be an amazing experience.
$1600 (US). Serious inquiries only.
