NFC North is a Neat and Tidy Place

The NFC North, known traditionally as the tough as nails black and blue division, is an amazingly orderly place these days. There probably isn’t another division in football in which the pecking order is as clear. The Packers are the best, the Lions are better than the Bears and the Vikings are the division’s worst team.

That is what we’ve seen over the past two weeks of action and that is what the standings show through the first six games of the 2011 NFL season.

Team Record Home Road
Packers 6-0 3-0 3-0
Lions 5-1 2-1 3-0
Bears 3-3 3-1 0-2
Vikings 1-5 1-2 0-3

NFC North Week 7 Schedule:
Atlanta Falcons at Detroit Lions
Green Bay Packers at Minnesota Vikings
Chicago Bears at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
