Detroit Lions Injury Report Looks Less Scary on Thursday

A total of nine Detroit Lions missed practice yesterday but the situation was much better today as the list of non-participants was cut to three. Jason Fox and Nick Fairley remained out with foot injuries and Brandon Pettigrew’s shoulder injury didn’t allow him to return to practice.

Cliff Avril, Rashied Davis, Louis Delmas, Calvin Johnson and DeAndre Levy missed practice yesterday but returned on a limited basis on Thursday. Maurice Stovall was also limited in practice today; the second straight day he has received that designation on the injury report.

Kyle Vanden Bosch is the ninth player that did not practice on Wednesday. He returned to practice as a full participant on Thursday and is no longer listed.
