Some Reminders for Detroit Lions Fans Attending Today’s Game

1. Don’t forget that everything you eat and drink will help raise money for two charities that longtime Lions beat writer Tom Kowalski supported prior to his sudden death a few weeks ago. I’ll be at the game so feel free to find me if you’d like to buy a round of Bud Lights in Tom’s memory.

2. The game is sold out so let’s get loud and make Ford Field one of the league’s toughest venues. It really is important, but don’t take my word for it:

3. The other important thing to remember is that while we want to get loud when the Lions defense is on the field, we should hold back that enthusiasm while the Lions offense is at work. Let it build until they reach the endzone, we don’t need Matthew Stafford having to go to a silent count in his own house!
