Detroit Lions coach Jim Schwartz gathered his team Thursday after warming up for practice, picking an unusual time to send a message.
He clearly had his players’ attention as they stood silently in a circle around him.
Schwartz screams at his team sometimes, such as the time one too many fights broke out in a practice during training camp. This time, his delivery was more subdued.
