I’m tempted to tilt the scales towards Detroit because of the reputation Jim Schwartz built in Tennessee, when he had one of the most feared defensive lines in the game. Morris however has now acquired premier defensive tackles and ends in the last two draft classes by using his highest picks on them. They’re young, fresh, and hungry. They’ll learn together and grow together.

Everyone’s memory of the first couple years of their life is unclear, but there are still many cherished ones. What I remember most regarding sports as a child was watching Detroit Lions running back… Need I go any further? I could have simply put Detroit Lions player… Furthermore, there is no Lions player, who is held higher than Barry Sanders.

Deep into the fifth round, the Lions finally “addressed a need.” That is, they finally took a player who plays a position that fans and media identified as a weak spot in the starting lineup.
