1. First Round: Nick Fairley, DT, Lions

I think this one is “Fairley” obvious. The Lions got one of the best value picks if not THE best value pick in the first round with Auburn defensive tackle Nick Fairley.

DeAngelo Williams (Carolina Panthers) could be an unrestricted free agent depending on the rules of free agency, but several teams filled the need for a running back during the draft.

Two teams which made sense for the 2006 first-round pick — the Detroit Lions and the Dolphins— addressed the running back position.

Wide receiver Titus Young was the first Bronco selected, going to the Detroit Lions in the second round as the No. 44 overall pick.

7. Familiar with the name DeAndre Levy? If not, I have a feeling you’ll be hearing it called quite a bit next season.
