Entering week 14 of the NFL season, 27 of the league’s 32 teams are still alive in the playoff picture.

The 2-10 Detroit Lions are one of the few but not the proud.

But the Lions have been a tough out. Seven of their losses have come by 8 points or fewer, including a two-point loss at Lambeau Field in Week 4.

When a team has lost five straight, not to mention just four wins over the last two seasons, bright spots are tough to find.

Well, the Detroit Lions found one on Sunday.
