Valid point, but I would point to the sellout of the Rams game as a counter example. An 0-4 start and a less than exciting opponent doesn’t seem like motivation to go out and buy tickets but people did. It sounds stupid but I bet last Sunday being Halloween had more of an impact in tickets going unsold than most people would think.
