		<description>i think this was a great deal for the lions and if they can have a successful draft then they could be a respectable team.  I think they should draft either curry or monroe with the first overall pick if they can&#039;t trade down any spots.  If they take curry then at 20 get the best offensive or defensive takle, so if oher drops to them they have to take him, if not grab the best dt available.  Then at 33 grab the tackle position  that they didn&#039;t get at 20, then trade their 3rd round picks for an additional 2nd rd pick and take a safety that to me would be an excellent draft for the lions</description>

		<description>Great move by Mayhew, Redding hasn&#039;t been the same since his contract year and he needed a change. The Lions got the local kid and former MSU standout which makes that defense much more respectable but theirs still lots of work to be done. The questions are now on the d line, the Lions have done a great job with adding talent to the secondary and while they still need more LB depth and another starter next to Sims and Peterson, the Lions are on the right track and this trade should bring up BJ Raji into the picture for top overall pick but I think the Lions should trade down a few spots and still get him or one of the other DEs.</description>
